We have identified fraudulent WhatsApp group pretending to represent the Islamic Community Center of Des Plaines (ICCD). This group is using the ICCD logo and a fake domain name designed to look similar to ours:

 Fake Zelle account: 

 donate@iccd-masjid.org

These do NOT belong to ICCD and are being used for personal, fraudulent fundraising.

Our ONLY official Zelle account for donations is:

donate@iccdmasjid.org

Any domain, WhatsApp group, or payment request using iccd‑masjid.org or any variation with a dash does NOT represent ICCD.

What You Should Do

• Report the WhatsApp group as “Scam/Fraud”
• Do NOT send any donations to the fake Zelle account
• Do NOT share personal information

ICCD leadership has already reported this activity to the appropriate legal authorities.
